The instructions are black pictures on black background, and each step is only a line or two. Even though the instructions come in 4 languages, none of them help.
Luckily, if you are patient enough, you can figure it out by looking at the pictures and following what other people have done. The chair itself is very comfortable, with lumbar support, once it is put together correctly. It is also solid and well-made.
Keep in mind that the seat might be too narrow for some people and the raised parts of the chair are very hard. They will dig into your hips/thighs if you are a bigger person.
